How To Prepare For Your Upcoming Service

Our ultimate goal at So Clean Cleaning Services is to provide you with quality service and saitsfaction.

  • Before your team (cleaner) arrives for your scheduled cleaning, please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces. This includes clothing, kids’ toys, and dishes in the kitchen sink.
  • Find a good place for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean.
  • Pick up any important documents, papers, bills from surfaces that you want us to clean. We will not pick or move documents in case they go missing. 
  • Secure valuables such as jewelry, small electronics and loose cash. 
  • Put out clean sheets on each bed if we will be changing your linens (Requested as an Add-on).

No. Because we work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule for residential cleaning services,  Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive.  In a majority of these cases, our house cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key, lock code, or we could provide you with a lock box ($20.00 rental fee) that you can place your keys in and place it somewhere outside safe where we will have access. We will leave the keys and lockbox in the same place you left it for us so we can lock your doors before we leave your property. 

To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:

  • Clean Toys
  • Clean The Inside of Your Fireplace
  • Pick up Clutter
  • Do Laundry
  • Wash Dishes

For first time cleans or one-time cleanings, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to reserve your appointment on our calendar, the deposit goes towards the total cost of your service. The remaining balance will be due the day of your service before services can be rendered. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your service, you need to let us know within 48 hours and we can apply the deposit for a future date. IF YOU CANCEL IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS, WE WILL NOT APPLY THE DEPOSIT TOWARDS A FUTURE SERVICE DATE. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICES.

We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions. All payments are to be made through our online invoice processor which we will send via email and text message. Checks are acceptable if provided during the walk-through. There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

For recurring clients payment is expected in full by 5PM on the day of your appointment. This applies after your first cleaning appointment. Please see our payment policy above for your first cleaning.

  • Please declutter your commercial premises. This includes papers and files on desks. If papers and files are cluttered we will not touch to ensure nothing is lost or damaged.
  • Put away any valuable personal items from surfaces we are cleaning.
  • Put away dishes from the sink if we are cleaning your kitchen sinks.
  • Have toiletries ready for us to stock if it’s part of the scope of work we are providing.

Payments for Commercial Cleaning Services are typically paid a month in advance through our online payment portal. ACH and checks are also acceptable.
